ClearPath Homebuyers LLC is a California company that buys houses directly from owners in Sacramento County.
What we do
We buy houses as-is, for cash, from homeowners who want a simpler way to sell: because of an inheritance, a divorce, a mortgage problem, a rental that's become a burden, or a house that needs more work than they can take on.
How we think about it
- Plain numbers. We explain how we reach an offer, and we say openly that a cash offer is below full market value.
- Your decision. Asking for an offer commits you to nothing, and you're free to compare it with listing or with other buyers.
- Honest about fit. If another route would serve you better, we'll say so.
